What we're learning from AI-assisted development
AI helped us build prototypes and tests quickly, but also created avoidable coordination work. Our October 2026 retrospective documents outputs, fragmented navigation, source-control problems, and a more accountable owner-led process. Cost comparisons are estimates, not audited savings.
