# Opportunity-Creation Path

This is a reusable accessibility-first method for turning lived experience into a visible, bounded opportunity.

1. **Notice the transferred burden.** Identify work the system quietly pushes onto the person: memory, sequencing, translation, error recovery, or repeated explanation.
2. **Preserve the originating evidence.** Keep dates, drafts, screenshots, decision history, and authorship records in a private archive.
3. **Label evidence honestly.** Separate documented fact, personal account, inference, design proposal, and unverified claim.
4. **Convert experience into a systems question.** Ask what product, policy, workflow, or support failure produced the barrier.
5. **Build the smallest reversible demonstration.** Use synthetic data and avoid irreversible integrations until the boundaries are understood.
6. **Establish rights before exposure.** Address authorship, attribution, compensation, ownership, AI training, likeness, retention, publication, withdrawal, and revenue participation.
7. **Name the missing capability.** State which qualified human remains necessary: accessibility researcher, clinician, attorney, benefits counselor, security reviewer, or community partner.
8. **Make one bounded ask.** Request a short review, a warm introduction, or a clearly scoped paid engagement.
9. **Preserve the response.** Record what was offered, declined, left unanswered, or conditioned—without inventing motive.
10. **Protect the creator during growth.** Review benefits, taxes, legal structure, workload, privacy, and energy cost before expanding.

This process creates evidence and negotiating clarity. It does not promise funding, employment, publication, or partnership.
