Fiverr states that a freelancer earns 80% of completed purchases. Fiverr also states that buyers pay a 5.5% service fee plus $3.50 on purchases below $200. Excluding tax and currency conversion, five $350 orders list at $1,750, pay the seller approximately $1,400, cost the buyer approximately $1,846.25, and create a combined platform difference of approximately $446.25.

## Proposed role: lead artist and production coordinator

Charlie is not being asked to pretend he performs every technical specialty. The growth opportunity is for him to lead his portion of the project and coordinate the trusted people needed to deliver it.

Subject to a written agreement, Charlie may lead writing, performance, interpretation, and vocal-production decisions; recommend and coordinate producers, engineers, editors, mixing/mastering specialists, or other contributors; propose their budget and schedule; collect deliverables and contributor records; and serve as Dominique's primary production contact.

Coordination is paid work when included in the agreement. Charlie is not expected to absorb project-management labor, third-party costs, or responsibility for services outside the agreed scope.

## Team-selection guardrails

Charlie may choose whom he wants to propose. Before anyone begins work, Dominique approves the role, estimate, schedule, and rights requirements in writing. Each contributor must know who is hiring and paying them, what they will deliver, how they will be credited, and which rights are requested.

Coordinating a contributor does not transfer that person's authorship or technical credit to Charlie. Private collaborators are not named publicly without permission.

## Proposed commercial structure

- $500 paid pilot, credited toward the complete EP.
- $2,500 working base for Charlie's five-song writing/performance scope when Dominique supplies cleared musical foundations.
- Up to $3,500 for Charlie's expanded creative and coordination scope when agreed in writing.
- Third-party production, engineering, mixing, mastering, studio, and clearance costs are itemized separately unless the signed agreement expressly establishes an approved all-in budget.
- No outside cost is incurred or subcontractor engaged on Dominique's behalf without written budget approval.
- Eight-week target after acceptance, required inputs, approved team plan, and availability confirmation.
- Two consolidated revision rounds per song.
- Release masters, clean versions, instrumentals, a cappellas, aligned stems, lyrics, credits, metadata, and agreed editable sessions.
- Pre-existing material remains with its owner.
- Master ownership and permitted uses become effective only under the signed agreement and payment terms.
- Publishing is allocated song by song according to actual authorship.
- All third-party and AI elements are disclosed and cleared or replaced.

The pilot should establish the real roles, workflow, and team costs before the five-song budget is finalized.

## Growth objective

The project should leave Charlie with more than a single fee: documented lead credit where earned, a clearer service structure, a trusted delivery network, a case study he controls, and a repeatable way to offer larger projects without misrepresenting his own specialties.

## Why ChatGPT is disclosed

ChatGPT/Codex was used to organize the archive, compare public rates with the complete assignment, calculate fee effects, identify missing rights and delivery terms, and implement the project record. It is not the songwriter, performer, rights holder, negotiator, production coordinator, or final decision-maker.

Named participation, the professional-site demonstration, and any public account of the collaboration require Charlie's review and permission. They are not conditions of accepting paid music work.
